Dot and Co’s staff experience on issues related to Internet naming enables us to offer a wide range of services specifically tailored to demanding users both professionally and personally, with a dedicated support and always as openly as possible.

Among planned services:

• Creations, renewals and transfers of domain names in various TLDs, with emphasis on variety of services, facility of use, and multiple ways of handling information (web site, email, «web services», etc...)
• Email redirections, web redirections hidden or not with access to detailed statistics
• Self-service primary nameservers, stealth primary, secondary DNS services, with all current features (IPv6, DNSSEC, TXT SRV LOC KEY records, etc...) and access to statistics
• Secondary email server, if your primary server is unavailable
• Email proxy, to relay emails to your own server which may be not visible from outside, with optionally anti-spam and/or anti-virus filters
• Federated handling of domain names so that will all third parties you use, you will have access to a unified interface (through a web site, email, XML, etc...) for global changes and concentrated view
• Tracking changes on domain names handled by third parties
• Use of «Liberty Alliance» tools to simplify authentification on multiple sites ; Integration with third parties, like web hosting companies, to ease and concentrate the selling act
• Technological survey and permanent news service on all subjects related to domain names, available through a web site, mailing lists, newsgroups, or RSS feed
• Software development with associated support services, notably around Net::DRI, a toolkit available as free software to connect with various registries

State of development of each preceding project alongside with all known bugs will be documented, available publicly and to be commented on, like through newsgroups. Also the current status of all services in production, alongside with known problems and planned maintenance will be always publicly available and frequently updated.

Our philosophy regarding development and enabling new services is first to focus on robustness and security, in order to tend towards perfection while following or creating if necessary all needed procedures.

Thus it is impossible to promise in advance a specific deadline : a new service will only become available after it has passed all of our internal tests as well as external ones (calls for outside participation in «beta testing» campaigns will be sent from times to times).
